Terms of Service.

This site and its services are provided by THE FOUNDHER ELITE LLC, operating under the FoundHer Elite brand ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you are contracting with us and agree to these terms. Your continued use of the service means you accept the current version. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you act as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to contract.

We coordinate corporate workforce training for organizations: course selection, enrollment administration, learner support, and completion records, with employer training plans under written scope. Courses are online and self paced, delivered by qualified providers through our course supplier's learning system. FoundHer Elite administers the program, the records, and the certification file; we do not provide instruction ourselves. FoundHer Elite is not an OSHA authorized provider, and no course listing implies endorsement by OSHA or any government agency; OSHA outreach courses are delivered directly by the provider under its own identity. Course titles, durations, and audiences are based on the course supplier's list. Courses are available in English, with Spanish versions confirmed course by course, and the interface may be viewed in either language. A standard's applicability depends on the workplace, jurisdiction, and employer obligations. FoundHer Elite provides education and training, not licensed professional advice.

Payments are processed securely through Square, our payment processor. All courses are one time purchases; there are no subscriptions. Price, taxes, and total are shown before you pay. We do not store complete card numbers.

Enrollment and access to the supplier hosted learning system begin after payment is confirmed and enrollment is processed. A return page alone does not confirm enrollment, and immediate access is not promised. You must keep your login credentials confidential, are responsible for activity under your account, and must provide accurate, up to date information.

Certification training courses are non-refundable once enrollment or access is granted. Completion windows and exam attempts are set by the course provider and vary by course; review the specific course details before purchasing. The only exception: if you were charged but never received course access due to a technical failure, you may request a full refund within 7 days by emailing ana@anaconnectsyou.com. The FoundHer Elite and its licensors retain ownership of the site, software, documentation, course materials, and branding. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use purchased courses for your own training or that of assigned learners. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits.

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping), and you must not share access.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Completion records depend on meeting course requirements; employers remain responsible for site specific training and practical evaluations. Training and completion records support the employer's documentation process; they do not guarantee any audit, inspection, regulatory, or contracting outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, failure to pay, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, course access may end and records are retained or deleted per our Privacy Policy.

A minor's information should be submitted only by an authorized parent, guardian, or employer when appropriate and lawful.

We may update these terms; the posted version and effective date control. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights. Support contact: ana@anaconnectsyou.com.

We respond to inquiries within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern, excluding United States holidays. A response is a reply, not a quote or an enrollment confirmation; quotes and enrollment follow the written scope process.
