THE FOUNDHER ELITE LLC, operating under the FoundHer Elite brand, is the data controller for the personal information described here: we decide why and how it is processed.

• Contact and inquiry data (name, organization, email, industry, learner count, courses, language): to respond to requests and prepare scope and pricing.
• Order data (email, courses, quantities, total, status): to provide the service, confirm orders, and give support.
• Learner data (identity, email, enrollment, progress, completion): to enroll learners and keep training records.
• Technical data (IP address, device identifiers, basic usage, local storage for language and cart): to operate the site, for security, and fraud prevention.
• Support messages: to answer your questions.
• Call booking data (name, phone or email, and booked time when you arrange a call with us directly): to arrange the conversation.

We process information to perform our contract with you (orders, enrollment, support), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service), to comply with legal obligations (accounting and tax records), and, where applicable, with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

• Square, our payment processor, for payments, invoicing, taxes, and refunds. Square collects payment details directly under its own privacy policy.
• Phone and text: when you call or text to arrange a call, your name, number, and the booked time are handled by us directly. No scheduling platform processes them.
• Service providers: hosting, database, and the course supplier's learning system.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information only as long as needed for requests, orders, support, legal obligations, and fraud prevention; after that it is deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encryption in transit and access controls. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

An authorized parent, guardian, or employer should provide a minor's information when appropriate. We do not knowingly collect minors' data without appropriate authorization.

We use only essential storage for language, cart, session, and site operation; we do not use advertising cookies. You can clear it in your browser settings.
